As a consumer, buying an ISO 22000 product means choosing a safe product that complies with hygiene practices and whose foodstuffs are traceable throughout the supply chain.
The ISO 22000 standard is a recognised, voluntary certification that guarantees our consumers that our House is able to control the safety of our champagnes. The aim is to prevent, identify and control “hazards” throughout our process.
This certification, the fruit of several years’ work, is a major reward for our House and its teams. By way of example, since 2017, when we began to implement a quality management system, more than 183 documents have been created and are used on a daily basis on our production lines and in the various departments. They record all the work carried out by our teams.
Every year, an independent certification body will come and audit and challenge us, so that we can constantly improve.
